Never in our lifetime has there been a true gemstone investment.
Tanzanite prices rose by an astonishing 20%
in May 2007 and in 5 years time will have risen by 200%.We
have the facts and we can show you how in 10 years when
Tanzanite is extinct
how the intelligent Tanzanite investor will have so much more gain and
flexibility than a standard non Gem portfolio. We don't state these facts
easily. They are very big statements and we can show you how to back them up
so that your staff can dazzle your clients and help them share in this
opportunity.
The rich and famous
in the US are flaunting their Tanzanite
jewellery. Film stars like Salma Hayek, Elle MacPherson and Teri
Hatcher are all wearing it. Indeed, Tanzanite is already a darling
of the US market, where it sells at prices as high as $2,000 to
$3,500 a carat. (Source: The Hindustan Times,

We here at
Tanzanite Gemstone along with any other
intelligent, educated investors understand a few very important points
about investments.
Firstly what makes
something a viable, secure and potentially, hugely profitable investment?
Well, can you imagine what
it is to own and have a supply of anything that is treasured, in increasing
demand and has a rapidly dwindling supply?
What if that commodity is
something that can only be found in one place, is hard to get at and
incredibly easy to accidentally destroy during the extraction process?
Also, imagine that the
commodity is something that people not only wish to have as an investment,
but actually covet its
incomparable
beauty and its healing and therapeutic
properties.
Would you consider a
commodity, that fits all those criteria, a viable, secure and potentially,
hugely profitable investment?
We here at
Tanzanite Gemstone believe that anybody
looking for an infallible investment would have to consider anything of that
caliber an essential part of any investment portfolio.
Indeed, as One
South African Millionaire describes
“Tanzanite, the platinum
of precious stones, is not only an exquisite possession, but also a
wise investment option.”
(Rarer than Diamonds)
As you will know if you
have done any research into Tanzanite, it is
fast becoming increasingly more and more difficult to find
Tanzanite in the
better grades and colors. Also in the larger, heavier sizes.
Most of the material
presently coming out of the ground is of much lower quality than previously
available for a fair price. However, the demand for this incredible precious
gemstone is growing rapidly on a daily basis. To the extent that most
discerning jewellery chains are hoarding tanzanite in the surety that prices
are going to rise to dramatically higher levels.
As if this weren't enough,
many sources show that in 2005 in Tucson, the mine owners turned up and
quite literally bought back all that was available.
We believe this is a fair
indication that there is only one possible way for the price of the worlds
first gemstone to be added to the American Gem Societies list of birthstones
that is greatly desired for its stunning beauty and therapeutic, healing
properties to go.
Indeed, Tanzanite has been hailed by Manhattan's
Tiffany & Company as "the most exciting event of the century." And Since
"blue is the most popular color in gemstones," according to Henry B. Platt,
vice president and director of Tiffany's the potential market for the stone
is huge. Indeed, Tanzanite
Gemstone are proud to deal in only the finest colors and quality of Tanzanite. And, ask all of our clients "why settle for
anything less than perfection"?
"If you ask any colored gemstone connoisseur,
they will tell you that Tanzanite is becoming the most desired gem in the
United States and we also see this trend manifesting itself in Europe.
So why should you invest
in the gem? Not only is there a capital guarantee and endless
pleasure derived from it, but
Smollan
argues the rarity of tanzanite is one of the most important reasons for
investment.
Between 2003 and 2006
Tanzanite has seen a jump in price of over 40%
and since January 2007 has seen a further 50% rise in price (Source:
Sanjeev Sinha,
TNN).
We all remember the days when one could
purchase a very deeply colored Tanzanite for around $300 per carat. There
were even smaller Tanzanites in the 1 to 2 carat range that had rich color.
Just try finding one of these today! These Tanzanites
were mined mostly in
the D shaft of Merelani Hill, just outside of Arusha, Tanzania. This area
has since been depleted and new shafts have been opened. The color being
produced by these new shafts is not quite what Block D produced. This
notwithstanding, much richly-colored tanzanite is still being produced and
is available....
Also, related to color, many people are astounded by the seeming glow of
fine Tanzanite under natural diffuse light. This is due to the fact that
Tanzanite is pleochroic, which simply refers to the property possessed by
Tanzanite of exhibiting different colors when viewed along different axes.
In Tanzanite's case we see blue, violet, and red. It is no wonder why
tanzanite has its appeal in the market today.
With the current supply of
Tanzanite being
'controlled' by the mine owners, prices are expected to continue to increase
over time. In fact, many projections indicate that some day
Tanzanite could
be the most expensive gemstone on earth. The opportunity exists today to
purchase Tanzanite relatively inexpensively (even at $600 to $700 per carat)
when compared to the prices of fine rubies, sapphires and alexandrites which
sometimes sell into the $1000's per carat. " However
consumers can now
generally expect to pay between US$500 and US$2000/carat for
good quality Tanzanite

AAA quality
Tanzanite is already extremely limited and
continues to become more so with every passing day. Meanwhile,
Tanzanite has become the second fastest
selling colored gem stone in the world - with the current demand being
extremely high. Indeed, As Tanzanite supplies
continue to diminish, the higher its' price goes (this has already been
happening for a number of years). However when the source is mined out
within the next 5 to 10 years, the general consensus among gemologists
and investors alike; is that it will be irreplaceable and as such the
price will skyrocket for high quality pieces". (Source:http://www.lapigems.com)
"Recently
Tanzanite has grown in popularity to the number
two spot just below the sapphire in
America. This high demand coupled with the tight
supply of Tanzanite (the gemstone is only found in Tanzania), means that the cost of
this gem is consistently going up.

Indeed, this rare and precious gem appears
different when viewed at different lights and from different angles,
increasing its attractiveness and therefore it value." (Source:

Recent disastrous weather conditions,
government embargos and continuing political tensions have aided in
further restricted the supply of Tanzanite,
and of other larger fine colored stones.
However, whilst the supply of
Tanzanite has been dwindling, the appetite
for
Tanzanite has been continually on the rise. The result; Prices keep
going up....
"In fact, many projections indicate that
some day in the near future
Tanzanite could be the most expensive
gemstone on earth" and as such
the greatest
'blue chip'
investment opportunity in our lifetime.
